Fulfillment Guidelines

We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible. The timelines below are guidelines, not guarantees, and may vary with order volume or component availability.
To ensure timely fulfillment, please make sure a responsive contact at your organization is available for any questions related to your order or deployment.
Fulfillment Timelines
Estimated processing timelines vary by order size, configuration complexity, and inventory availability.
Standard Orders
Typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after processing begins.
Bulk Orders
Typically ship within 3 to 5 business days after processing begins.
Large Orders
Scheduling and inventory are confirmed prior to production. Most large orders ship within 7 to 10 business days, depending on configuration complexity.
Server Orders
Typically ship within 10 business days.
Rush Processing
Rush orders are prioritized for a faster turnaround, typically within 1 business day for standard orders or 3 business days for bulk orders. Shipping speed remains the same unless you upgrade to a faster carrier option at checkout.
Order Changes
Configuration, software, and shipping changes may affect fulfillment timing once an order enters production.
Once an order enters production, configuration, software, or shipping updates require re-processing and will reset fulfillment timelines. Orders submitted after 2 P.M. Pacific begin processing the next business day.
Shipping
Shipping methods must be selected when the order is placed.

The shipping method must be selected when the order is placed. After production begins, shipping methods cannot be upgraded without restarting processing.
Partial Shipments
Partial shipments may be available upon request and will incur additional handling and shipping charges.
