Pre Deployment Services For MSPs

We Ship Client Ready Hardware

Business hardware prepared before it ships, helping MSPs reduce bench time, standardize deployments, and get systems into client environments faster.

What Client Ready Actually Means

We handle the repetitive prep work before systems ship, giving your team a cleaner handoff from procurement to deployment.

Clean Windows 11 Pro image

Clean Windows Image

Windows 11 Pro comes installed, fully updated, patched and free of OEM bloatware including the latest hardware drivers.

BIOS configuration and device branding

BIOS Configuration

Supported BIOS settings are configured, including security settings, power behavior, boot preferences, and custom boot logo branding.

Hardware assembly and validation

Hardware Assembly

RAM, SSDs and other selected components are installed and tested before shipment. Systems can ship to your team or directly to the client.

Software installation, enrollment, and asset labels

Software and Enrollment

Your RMM, antivirus, Autopilot registration, Microsoft 365 tenant setup, custom system names, and optional chassis labels arrive fully set up.

How It Works

What Happens Before It Ships

Each endpoint is prepared using the deployment options selected during fulfillment, then checked before it leaves our facility

1

Configure

Choose from available pre deployment options during checkout or order fulfillment.

2

Assemble

Selected memory, storage, networking, USB, and other hardware add ons are installed by our team.

3

Imaging

Windows image, BIOS settings, boot logo, software enrollment, and naming options are applied to the system.

4

Validate

Systems are checked after configuration and assembly to help reduce avoidable issues during deployment.

MSP Deployment Scenarios

Built for Repeatable Hardware Projects

From endpoint refreshes to server replacements, prepared systems help reduce the manual setup work that slows down common MSP deployments.

Endpoint Refreshes

Prepare multiple systems with the same image, software, labels, and configuration before they reach the client.

New Client Onboarding

Start new client environments with standardized hardware instead of inheriting a pile of one off devices.

Server Replacements

Order systems with selected components installed, validated, and ready for final rack installation.

Multi Location Rollouts

Ship prepared systems directly to client sites, branch offices, or remote users with less staging work in between.

FAQ

Pre Deployment Questions

A few details about availability, supported systems, and what can be handled before shipment.

Is pre deployment available for every system?

No. Pre deployment services are available for Carbon Systems PCs only. Carbon Systems also sells third party devices through distribution, but those systems cannot be imaged or pre configured through our pre deployment process.

Can systems be drop shipped directly to clients?

Yes. Carbon Systems PCs can ship to your office for final handling or be drop shipped directly to the end user, depending on the order and selected fulfillment options.

Can you install our RMM or antivirus?

Yes. Supported software can be installed before shipment when the required installer, deployment package, or setup details are provided during fulfillment.

Do you support Autopilot registration?

Yes. Supported Autopilot registration and enrollment details can be handled during fulfillment for eligible Carbon Systems PCs.

Can we add custom labels or boot logos?

Yes. Custom chassis labels and supported boot logo branding can be added to qualifying Carbon Systems PCs.

Is this a replacement for final client setup?

No. Pre deployment removes common setup work before shipment, but your team still owns final client environment validation, user assignment, on-site installation, and any client specific configuration outside the supported options.
